Club House Hall Rental

Did you know that we rent out our clubhouse Hall? Its a great venue for your club or organization's meetings,  special events and more. It is used by other clubs, and community church gatherings. The location is central for most Calgarians. The setting is spectacular and unique, overlooking the Bow River. We recently installed Solar Panels so its eco-friendly too! 

Our hall is ready to meet your needs, whatever they may be.  We can accommodate your events, social gatherings, and even those business meetings to get away from the office distractions!  For rental pricing and availability contact bwccrentals@gmail.com

Note – Saturday and Sunday daytime and evening are fully booked.

A few highlights of our hall:

• Size =11.10 x 15.80 (meters), 36.0 x 51.0 (feet) = 1800 sq ft
• Capacity = 120 people
• Renter is responsible for all liquor and catering services.
• Full kitchen with convection oven, fridge, microwave and bar service window.
• Tables and chairs are provided. You can chose from rectangular 3’ X 8’ or round 5’ banquet tables
• Ornamental Fireplace, hardwood floor, vaulted ceiling, BBQ pad, two large windows overlooking canal and park.
• Dual lighting system: spotlights and LED tube lighting.
• All prices (except Damage Deposit) are subject to GST.
• Damage deposit is required in full at time of booking.
• Rental Fee (in full) is due one (1) week prior to rental.
