Trip Coordinators and members who are interested in becoming Trip Coordinators are all welcome!

Come when you can! The hall will be open after 4:00pm.

Trip Coordinators will convene over pizza and fizzy drinks (burp!) and plan trips on the hard calendar on the wall and on the calendar on the website.

Reminders will be reviewed and scenarios will be discussed and debriefed. We plan to have updated resources and safety "kits and tips".

At 6:00pm-ish we will set up the room for the Special General Meeting. 

Please plan to stay for the SGM! We need quorum and a good turnout for the AQ Outdoors presentation.
