Super friendly trip to test your novice paddling skills with a short intermediate level section at the beginning of the day.
Some opportunity for eddy turn practice at the start followed by sections with large standing waves and two sections of rapids that will test your manoeuvring skills in a safe manner. With the later half of the trip being mainly small rapids/waves that are all easily avoidable or runable for most folks.
With each of the major rapid sections having ways to easily avoid the bulk of the waves/rapid for those that desire to do so.
