Event Details

Paddling, Camping, Mapping, Hiking Trip!
Tina will be canoeing, camping, mapping the Bow River Access campsite (B01C), as well as going to Johnston Canyon from there, if you would like to join, and have intermediate paddling skills and all your equipment and a boat.
On Friday September 23, Tina will be putting in below the Lake Louise rapids, and paddling to the site. If you are short on time you can put in at Castle Junction bridge (on your own, later in the day) and it’s only a few kms to the campsite.
On Saturday September 24, Tina will be mapping the campsite and going to hike Johnson Canyon.
On Sunday September 25, Tina will be paddling from the campsite to the highway pull out.
Register on the calendar AND you must book your own site at the Bow River access campground on the Parks Canada reservation website: http://www.reservation.pc.gc.ca
Don’t wait too long, or it might get full! Once you are registered in both ways we can talk more details including shuttles back to the put in(s)!
